The Weekly Update 11/14/2025™

AFRAID OF WHAT?!

All the goods and services the USA produces are our Gross Domestic Product, GDP.  It has grown to $30.408 trillion, the largest ever on Earth.

And it is growing at a very healthy +4.00% per year!  Do you know what it takes to grow a $30+ trillion economy at +4.00% per year?  Me either, but whatever it is it must be solid and BIG!

And the revenues and earnings of Corporate America, as measured by the S&P 500 are directly effected by that GDP growth with back-to-back-to-back profit growth of over +12.4% for a year!

Yet, 72% of investors are not positive (bullish) on the investment outlook for the next six months!  

Mr. & Mrs. 401(K) sit happily on almost $7 trillion in CASH (Source: St Louis Federal Reserve) waiting for the coast to clear!

Guess what? 

The Coast is Clear!

I did not say market valuations go straight up, and I did not say without volatility, yet the data flow suggests the good old USA has a very bright outlook.  Think “Five Year Money” (Read it Here).
