G. Lee Runnion, CPA
G. Lee Runnion, CPA, is a graduate of Metropolitan State College. Lee has a quarter of a century of professional accounting services. In addition to her Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, she did post graduate work in Finance at The University of Colorado / Denver. Lee became certified as a Public Accountant in 1983. She works with small businesses and individuals in the areas of accounting, tax planning and compliance.

Jason Maples, CLU, ChFC, CFP
Jason Maples began his career in 1992 based on his desire to help executives and entrepreneurs experience financial freedom. His analytical and creative approach to the executive benefits market place is recognized and respected throughout the region.
Jason majored in economics at Grinnell College and continued his studies with the American College, completing his Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) designation and his Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) designation. He is also a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) through the College of Financial Planning.
Jason and his wife, Jodi, have two children. They enjoy traveling, skiing, golf and being spectators at all of their kids’ events.

Lindy Barnard
As a licensed Insurance Broker and Agent since 2012, Lindy takes a consultative, client-first approach prioritizing transparency, proper coverage, and cost-efficiency. Shane Severson
When Shane Severson, owner of Legacy Realty, began his real estate endeavor in the summer of 1999, it was with an aspiration to bring his friends and family a different, improved experience when selling or purchasing a property. As Shane met and exceeded his vision, he began to see the need for a local real estate brokerage built on the same foundation. In 2004, Shane started his own real-estate company, which later became known as Legacy Realty. To this day, he is a pioneer in the real estate industry with a grassroots approach to building a team of experienced professionals who hold themselves to a higher standard of productivity and integrity. Shane is proud to continue building a team of brokers who help one another and want to see the success of their peers as a whole just as much as their own.

Alan J. Smith
Alan has been a licensed Realtor since 1983. He is one of the Broker/Owners of RE/MAX Professionals, and holds the CRS, GRI, CDPE, and CLHMS Designations which gives him expertise in all aspects of negotiating Residential Real Estate including as a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist. He is also a CRB Candidate which specializes in Residential Brokerage Administration.
Alan is currently the President of Professionals Investment Group, d/b/a RE/MAX Professionals, and also served as the Chairman of the REColorado Board of Directors, and currently is a Director on that Board.
