No One is Bullish Enough!
In this month’s update of The Seven Signs of a Changing Economy July 2025™, under Sign #6 (S&P 500 Earnings Per Share) I wrote and used charts to explain that “Corporate America is absolutely crushing revenue and earnings per share estimates”. (Read it Here)
Of the 168 companies that have reported earnings as of 7/29/2025, revenues are up +4.90% and earnings per share (profits), well “KABOOM” – up +8.3% Year-over-Year (YoY)!

Do you see the pattern? Yes, exactly what you have been reading here for over three years while all the smart kids were screaming “there is the recession, it’s right there, you can see it” per Jamie Dimon, CEO JP Morgan.
The pattern I suggested would be exactly what it now is…. “Better Than Expected”!
Change is not unusual, just uncomfortable! Especially for those who are less flexible and less understanding of the obvious change around them, which as of now is for the better!
I did not say market valuations go straight up, and I did not say without volatility, yet the data flow suggests the good old USA has a very bright outlook. Think “Five Year Money” (Read it Here).
